Dreaming Moon

It’s common for people in the Hiniel Straights to get indoors before nightfall. Hiniel is one of several populated villages that are located near the wall. The wall (which lies mainly in rubble today) was built by the Jotun although it’s so old that even they don’t know exactly why it was built. During the bad tides of the green moon the wall is repaired as much as can be done in areas where the tainted (those turned by the green moon but unable to control themselves) are gathered. The kings guard are alerted and stationed in the area as backup should the wall guard fail.
