Five finger soup is considered a delicacy among the border towns due to it’s sweet taste and gooey texture. Despite the name, it’s made from the root of the finger plant that mainly grows in the bogs and marshes in the area. They have to be prepared five days in advance; if eaten before five days, there is no guarantee that the natural poisons will have dissipated.
