Not much is known about Emperor Claudius’s mirror. He would often disappear for hours at a time into the room where it was held, only to re-appear with a strange look on his face. It was as if he would enter the room an awkward young man who no one respected, and leave a different person. Even to the point, the guards were on edge.

The guards are quite dead now of course. As soon as it was discovered the mirror was taken, he had their heads placed on pikes in his throne room, something many had considered dark and out of character for the young man.
